Man had 9 pounds of meth-filled pills shipped to vacant Solvay apartment, feds say

Solvay, N.Y. — A man was arrested after having over nine pounds of meth-filled pills mailed to a vacant Solvay apartment, prosecutors said.
Dawan Brent was found to be using a vacant apartment on Center Street in Solvay to receive drugs, prosecutors said in a criminal complaint filed in the Northern District of New York on Wednesday.
The apartment was discovered to be receiving shipments as early as September 2022, prosecutors said.
